Martins Road – progress

Attending the 3mm AGM over the weekend gave the incentive to crack on with Martins Road. So this morning saw the securing of the foamboard sub base to the ply. The foamboard was secured with UHU spray adhesive and then  weighted down with a few bottles of real ale.

Once secure the bridge foundations were cut out and the bridge tried for size.

The bridge is removable as it still needs a lot of work. Have to trim the rail on the goods siding and then put the boards together and do the station area.

BTW ale will be drunk in due course!
